Shipping & Delivery

We accept online orders for wine shipping to most states, however, due to changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. We will contact you by email if your order is negatively affected by new shipping regulations. At the moment we do not ship to the following states Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah and Vermont. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Jaclynn Renée Wines will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.


Privacy & Security

We gather the information you provide during registration is used only to provide you personalized services. Account information that you supply will only be used to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. may use purchasing information to generate aggregate reports to help determine how to improve our customers’ experience. This data is anonymous and for internal purposes only. will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent of the customer, but may disclose user information to government and/or third parties if there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our company, or where otherwise required by law or by legal process.

The following may have access to the information collected on this site: Ourselves and our agents acting on our behalf who are contractually bound to keep individual and identifying information confidential. Delivery services may only use supplied information for completing your delivery.

We may also use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you wish not to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from our list by logging into your account, and then clicking on ‘modify profile’. On this page, you can choose to opt-in or opt-out of the email mailing list. You may also remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is present in all promotional emails that we send to our customers.

Jaclynn Renée Wines also collects simple user information by using data-tracking software to track what areas of the site are visited most frequently. This gives us valuable information about those items in which our customers are most interested so we can try to provide a better shopping experience.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your order and are committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. We would like the opportunity to make the situation right. In the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us immediately.

If you do experience a problem with the quality/taste of a bottle, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and provide the details of your problem. If you would like to return an order for taste reasons, we will issue a refund or account credit, less a 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping upon receipt of the returned package.

Processing Time

It is our goal to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. There are several factors that contribute to when you will receive your order once it has been placed.

The timing in which your order is processed is determined by the accuracy of the information provided on the order, when the order is placed, order volume, and stock availability.

It is imperative that all information included on the order is complete and accurate. Incomplete or inaccurate billing or shipping information on orders will result in a delay in processing and additional shipping charges.

Since wine is vulnerable to extremes in temperature, and we have no control of the conditions of a carriers warehousing facility, the day in which your order is processed may affect when you receive it. Orders placed in the later part of the week will be held until the beginning of the following week.

If your order includes an item that is temporarily out-of-stock, but due to arrive within a few days, it will be delayed in an effort to ship the complete order. In that event we will attempt to notify you by e-mail of the delay.

Extreme weather conditions can affect your wine. High temperatures may cause your wine to leak or extreme cold can freeze your wine during shipment. Please keep in mind that Jaclynn Renée Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions. By placing an online order you are accepting the responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather conditions may occur during that shipment. If you live in an area where the current ambient temperature is near freezing in Winter or above 75 degrees in Summer we suggest you select either 1 or 2 day shipping and be absolutely sure that an adult is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled day .
